MTRW Focus: Legs

Perform the exercises below back to back in superset fashion. 4 sets by 15 reps each set

Superset 1:

  • Step up + lunch back with 15lb dumbbells 15 reps on each side
  • Jumping Jack – 1 min

Superset 2:

  • Leg curl – 15 reps
  • Side hops – 1 min

Superset 3:

  • Leg extension –  15 reps
  • High Knees – 1 min

Superset 4:

  • Standing calf raises (bench/ raised platform/steps) –  15 reps
  • Super start – 1 min

Bonus – Abs:

Set your Gy2 rounds of 15 x 15 pulses x 15 x 15 pulses x 15

  • Bosu crunch
  • Leg up (lying down raise your leg int eh air and thrust up)

Enjoy the metabolic burn. When done stretch and have a protein shake (low sodium) with 1 tbsp of flax seeds and 1 tbsp of ground oats.
