Hello. Today’s focus is lower body. I know though that I should have listened to by boyfriend and do this tomorrow since we did cardio blast yesterday. So next week we will switch it around to give a little more break to lower body. Untill then enjoy our Shapely Legs workout
Perform 4 sets of each superset exercises back to back. The second on is for cardio so perform that exercise for 1 min.
- Singel Leg squat (Max reps until failure. My Score: 7, 6, 7, 7 – on each side)
- Plyo box jumps – 1 min
- Dumbell Walking Lunges – 1 min (My score was 22 with a 25 lb dumbbell in each hand)
- Jumpng Jacks – 1 min
- Led Adbuction – 15 reps (about 210lb)
- Jumping lunges – 1 min
- Led Adduction – 15 reps (about 170lb)
- Skater – 1 min
- Seated calf raises – 15 reps
- Superstar – 1 min
Abs Superset Bonus Round:
- Decline bench leg raises – 4 set x 15 reps
- Decline bench crunch with 3 side-to-side twists – 4 sets x 6 reps
Stretch and enjoy your shake to keep that muscle tone otherwise your body will literally use muscle for fuel to recover. Have a great day.
