MTRW: Leg Avenue

Hello guys and girls. You know the one thing that we always can show off is our legs. Either it is winter, summer, fall, or spring we all wear jeans and there is nothing better then a pair of leg and glutes in a pair of jeans. So get them moving.

Warm up.

Perform 4 sets of each exercise in a superset back-to-back without a break  | 20-25 reps per set with an exercise using a weight – this month is the endurance building cycle | max rep for body weight exercises | 1 min for strength-cardio plyo exercise

Superset 1:

  • Barbell deadlift
  • Single leg burpees

Superset 2:

  • Leg press
  • Bulgarian split with a jump

Superset 3:

  • Low cable leg extensions
  • Mountain climbers

Superset 4:

  • Low cable hamstring curl
  • Butt kicks

Superset 5:

  • Cable adduction
  • Box jumps

Superset 6:

  • Cable abduction
  • Low jacks (just like jumping jacks but with hands behind your waist)

Abs Bonus Round:

  • Plank with knee to elbow crunch |5 sets | max effort per set

Stretch. Enjoy your post-workout snack. Best time to eat carbs 🙂
