Good morning, I do not know about you but I tend to have a reference for a particular exercise or move. I am sure you all heard an expression “chicken legs”. Of course your did. First you see a very toned and defined upper body just when you look down and here they are, two stick for legs. Also, giving up too soon, especially when your legs or biceps start burning and you think you cannot go on just to find out when you stopped that you could have done two more reps. Why do we rip yourself of the full benefits of exercise; therefore, robing yourself of the fruits of the exercise and body transformation. How about focusing on the positive and seeing just how much your body can do and lets decide that today and moving forward we will address those neglected body parts and will charge through those last reps so we can have a well-rounded physique.

War up | 5-10 min
Perform 4 sets of each exercise in a superset back-to-back without a break | 20-25 reps per set with an exercise using a weight – this month is the endurance building cycle | max rep for body weight exercises | 1 min for strength-cardio plyo exercise
Superset 1:
- Front Squats
- Jumping Jacks
Superset 2:
- Leg Extensions
- Front Kicks
Superset 4:
- Leg Curls
- Jumping Lunges
Superset 5:
- Straight Leg Deadlifts
- Burpees
Superset 6:
- Standing Calf raises
- Toe Pogo Hops
Abs Bonus Round:
3 sets f 20-25 reps on each side
- Side Crunch with a Leg Lift
