MTRW: TRX – Sizzle your way to a sleek and sexy bod

Happy Sunday.

Here is your workout for Monday. Today we are leveraging our bodies and TRX suspension training routine to sizzle to a sexy and toned body while keeping the pace and our hearts rates up. Then we follow up by a focused wight training exercises and stretches.

Warm-up 5-10 min

Part A: Timed Body and Suspension Training Exercises | whole body endurance training and conditioning | 4 min work | 1 min rest before moving to the next exercise

  • TRX Atomic Push-ups
  • TRX Sprinter Start
  • TRX Chest Press
  • TRX Balance Lunge

Part B: 5 sets of each exercise | 30-60 sec rest between sets | 20-25 reps per set with an exercise using a weight – this month is the endurance building cycle

  • Wide grip lat pull-down
  • Leg press
  • Russian twist

Cool down and stretch
