Warm-up 5-10 min

MTRW Focus: body and weight training exercises | whole body endurance training and conditioning | 5 sets and 25 reps for each exercise | no breaks between exercises

  • Kettlebell get-ups
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Box Jumps
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Goblet squats
  • Walking push-ups
