MTRW: Core Power

Hi guys, here is our workout for tomorrow to sculpt and care those sexy glutes and core.

Set up your time for 90 sec work and 15 sec rest | 4 rounds for each exercise

  • Cable/resistance band unilateral row + squat + lateral rotation (repeat on both sides)
  • Low cable ankle abs tuck (attach a cable to your ankle and get into a plank. Inhale and draw your knee in towards the opposite shoulder. Repeat on the other side)
  • Dive bomber + spintop (from a plank loop your right leg through under the opposite arm, repeat on the other side)
  • Medicine ball lunge with a twist

Cool down.
