Set up your time for 90 sec work and 15 sec rest | 4 rounds for each exercise
- Cable/resistance band unilateral row + squat + lateral rotation (repeat on both sides)
- Low cable ankle abs tuck (attach a cable to your ankle and get into a plank. Inhale and draw your knee in towards the opposite shoulder. Repeat on the other side)
- Dive bomber + spintop (from a plank loop your right leg through under the opposite arm, repeat on the other side)
- Medicine ball lunge with a twist
