MTRW: Pump It Up

Hi guys,

I am still out of town will be back on Wednesday night, really late. Anyway, I really enjoy heart pumping body wight and strength training workouts. It makes me feel like I am on top of the world and can do anything I set my mind on. So empowering. Here is my old time favorite. Time how long it took and then come back in a month and compare your results. Your are your biggest motivator and fan. Make every workout count.

Workout:

5 rounds | 20 reps | 30 sec rest between rounds

  • Jump up pull up & Burpee
  • Olympic Bar Squat
  • Medicine Ball Pike
  • Overhead Barbell Press

Stretch and have a power snack.
