POP Nutrition: Chicken, Jasmine Rice, and Garden Vegetables Pot

Happy Sunday,

I know it is getting warmer but I am feeling in the mood for a stew.  I also have been in the mood for s cumin or curry so here is a one-pot meal with chicken and vegetables. Low-fat and low-sodium – a perfect meal for a Sunday dinner during a bikini competition prep.


  • 16 ox Sweet Pees
  • 16 oz Sweet Corn
  • 16 oz Garden Rustic Carrots
  • 2 lb Chicken Tenderloins
  • 16 oz Low-Sodium Chicken Stock
  • 16 oz Soy Creamer
  • 1 Cup Wild & Brown Jasmin Rice Blend
  • Cumin Powder
  • Wasabi Powder
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Garlic and Onion Powder

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cast iron pot and simmer on low for 45 min.
