MTRW: Spring Fat Burnout

Hi Guys, 

I am in third day of my weekly training period and it is body-weight time.

Here a whole-body routine that made me scream:

4 sets | 25 reps

  • Pull-ups
  • TRX Lateral Lunge
  • Rings Roll-up
  • TRX Lunge
  • Rings push-up + 1 arm out
  • TRX Single Leg Squat

Exercise Breakdown:

Ring roll-up:The roll-up is at 44 sec into the video 🙂

Stretch and enjoy a post workout protein shake.
