Workout Breakdown: 50 reps for each exercise 

  • Jump-up Pull-ups
  • Plyo Box Jumps
  • Kettlebell Presses (12kg)
  • Kettlebell Squats (24kg)
  • Kettlebell Around the World (12kg)
  • Kettlebell Unilateral Deadlifts (12kg)
  • Standing Calf Raises (body weight)
  • Swiss Ball hamstring curl + Bridge
  • Power Wheel Ab Roll-out
