MTRW: No Stopping Now

Hi guys, 

I had a great sweaty workout today 🙂 by incorporating speed rope between exercises and doing a continuous loop of 4 sets of 4 exercises. Here it the workout breakdown:

4 rounds | 4 exercises | 1 min work x 10 sec rest

  • Medicine Ball Squat into Overhead Triceps Extensions
  • Jump Rope
  • Reverse pull-up with leg on a bosu ball
  • Jump Rope
  • Kettlebell High-pull (alternate arms)
  • Jump Rope
  • Craby Patty
  • Jump Rope

Stretch and have a post-workout protein shake. I like mine with 1 tbsp of flax seeds and 1 tbs of oat bran – get that fiber :).
