Also, since I did a lot of jump rope yesterday today will be a slightly different workout to keep body guessing.

Workout Breakdown: 5 rounds

  • Jump Squats – 15
  • Press-ups jumps – 10
  • Chin-ups – 5
  • Bosu Dumbbell Chest Press – 15
  • Rope Pull Down – 10
  • Barbell Windshield Wipers – 5
