Superset 2: 2 rounds | 20 reps
- Resistance band side steps
- Prone Swiss Ball adduction (thigh squeeze)
Superset 3: 2 rounds | 20 reps
- Unilateral Smith Machine Squat (L/R)
- Bodyweight Standing Calf Raises
Superset 3: 4 rounds | 20 reps
- Double Lateral Bounds
- Low Traveling Side Squats
