MTRW: Toned Legs & Thighs

Hi guys,

I had 1192 hits yesterday, my busiest day so far and all thanks to my Facebook request to 15 people to like my Esse Libere Fitness business page. Amazing. Considering that I have not done any advertising I think it is great and represents a sneak peak into what is possible. So tahnk you very much for all your support.

Anyway, here is the workout for today:

Superset 1: 2 rounds | 20 reps

  • TRX Squat
  • TRX Unilateral Lunge

Superset 2: 2 rounds | 20 reps    

  • Resistance band side steps
  • Prone Swiss Ball adduction (thigh squeeze)

Superset 3: 2 rounds | 20 reps

  • Unilateral Smith Machine Squat (L/R)
  • Bodyweight Standing Calf Raises

Superset 3: 4 rounds | 20 reps

  • Double Lateral Bounds
  • Low Traveling Side Squats
