It’s been a ruff couple of days. So here is my workout that I did yesterday.
Workout Breakdown: 1 min work | 10 rest | 5 rounds | 6 exercises
- Spider pushups
- Jump squats
- Perfect triceps pushup
- Side dumbbell lunge
- Reverse dip station pull-up on
- Medicine ball backward narrow lunge
- Incline leg raises
- Decline crunch + side-to-side punch
