MTRW: Keep The Fire Burning

Hi guys, 

Here is the workout that I did today.

Workout Breakdown: 5 supersets | 4 rounds | 45 sec rest between sets

Superset 1:

  • Muscle snatch | 5
  • Jump tuck | 5

Superset 2:

  • Unilateral kettlebell deadlift | 10
  • Burpees | 10

Superset 3:

  • Cable face pull | 10
  • Rings Reverse pull-up | 10

Superset 4:

  • Rope pull-down | 10
  • Med ball throw down | 10

Superset 5:                                

  • Seated kettlebell Russian twist  | 10
  • Side plank + reach | 60 sec

Stretch and enjoy a post workout protein snack.
