Happy Monday,

I hope you had a chance to relax this weekend and ready to hit it hard. Here is today’s workout:

  • Warm up 10-15 min
  • Dynamic pull-ups | 4 sets | max reps
  • Superset 1 | 4 rounds | 45 sec rest between rounds:
      • Barbell Snatch | 5 reps + Jump rope | 30 sec
  • Superset 2 |  4 rounds | 45 sec rest between rounds:
      • Barbell lunges | 10 resp + High Knees | 50
  • Superset 3 |4 rounds | 45 sec rest between rounds:
      • Side-to-side perfect push-up | 10 reps + Superstar | 20 reps
  • Superset 4 |4 rounds | 45 sec rest between rounds:
      • Low-pulley wood chop | 10 reps on each side + Jack knife push-ups
  • Superset 4 |4 rounds | 45 sec rest between rounds:
      • Cable push-pull | 10 resp + Stability ball loop through
  • Superset 5 |4 rounds | 45 sec rest between rounds:
      • Prone med ball through crunch | 15 reps + TRX Plank | 30 sec each side
