Hi guys,

Today’s workout is short and sweet but by no means easy and will make you sweat.

Total workout time : 23 min | 4 rounds | 5 exercises back-to-back | 1 min work | max effort | 1 min rest between rounds

  • Bilateral kettlebell swing
  • Barbell deadlift
  • Side-to-side reverse pull-up
  • Barbell squat + calf raises
  • Med ball jumping jack + burpee + pushup

Stretch and enjoy a nutritious post workout snack.
