Today is an active rest day and I had an opportunity to do Zumba. So in case you would like to squeese an ealry workout tomorrow, here it is: 4 rounds | 5 supersets | 45 sec rest between sets
Superset 1:
- Hang-jump-shrug | 5 reps
- Jumping Jakcs | 60 sec
Superset 2:
- Dumbbell Bulgarian split squat | 10 reps on each side
- Split jumps | 60 sec
Superset 3:
- Reverse grip bench press | 10 reps
- Dynamic push-up | 60 sec
Superset 4:
- Kettlebell unilateral military press | 10 reps on each side
- Skater | 60 sec
Superset 5:
- Corkscrew| 60 sec
- Plank | 60 sec
