MTRW: Wiggle Proof

Hi guys,

Today is an active rest day and I had an opportunity to do Zumba. So in case you would like to squeese an ealry workout tomorrow, here it is: 4 rounds | 5 supersets | 45 sec rest between sets

Superset 1:

  • Hang-jump-shrug | 5 reps
  • Jumping Jakcs | 60 sec

Superset 2:

  • Dumbbell Bulgarian split squat | 10 reps on each side
  • Split jumps | 60 sec

Superset 3:

  • Reverse grip bench press  | 10 reps
  • Dynamic push-up | 60 sec

Superset 4:

  • Kettlebell unilateral military press | 10 reps on each side
  • Skater | 60 sec

Superset 5:

  • Corkscrew| 60 sec
  • Plank | 60 sec
