MTRW: Look Hot For The Beach

Hi guys,

Hope you are having a good week and tomorrow is Friday and you are ready for the weekend. Here is your Friday workout:

4 rounds | back-to-back supersets | 45 sec rest between sets

Superset 1:

  • Hang snatch + overhead squat | 5 reps
  • Jump squat | 10

Superset 2:

  • Unilateral cable pull-down + triceps press | 10 reps
  • Burpee | 10

Superset 3:

  • Barbell side lunge | 10 reps
  • Lateral bench step-ups | 10

Superset 4:

  • 1 Unilateral cable row | 10 reps
  • Rope waves | 10

Superset 5:

  • Swiss ball bicycle | 10 reps each side
  • Plank + elbow to knee tuck  | 10 each side

Enjoy a post-workout snack and stretch.
