MTRW: Sexy Legs, Glutes, & Butt

With summer around the corner I cannot help but think about short shorts and legs. Everywhere you go you starting to see more and more legs. So why do not devote this workout to our powerful legs.

Also, my basement was torn to pieces yesterday and I cannot wait for it to be done so I can start making videos of the workouts. Warm-up: 5 min moderate rowing

Superset 1: 3 rounds | 15 reps

  • Ketllebell goblet squat
  • Squat jumps

Superset 2: 3 rounds | 5 reps

  • Olympic bar squat
  • Tripod plank pushup

Superset 1: 3 rounds | 10 reps

  • Ketllebell unilateral deadlift
  • Crabby patty

Superset 4: 3 rounds | 10 reps

  • Olympic bar lateral lunge
  • Skater

Superset 5: 3 rounds | 20 reps

  • Body weight unilateral calf-raises
  • Superstar

Stretch and have a post workout snack.
