I have been working on the studio for the last two weeks, renovation is coming to and end soon. Still needs a few thing but getting closer. Also, that is the reason why I have not been able to post daily. But no fear there are plenty of workouts in archive already to last your a year. So just search for a keyword or tag and you will have a variety of training routines at your hand.
But before my daily responsibilities take over I wanted to share this routine, you can do it three times this week on non-nonconsecutive days. I also would like to ay that I never used to be a barbell person but all that changes. I have learned to appreciate the power and many benefits that it has to offer. Among them are: balance, coordination, strength, power, and technique. So here is a barbell complex for a killer lower body tone and strength. And ladies no worries I’ve yet to see a women who looks like a man when lifting. It really takes a lot of work and precise macro-nutrient nutritional regiment to build those muslce of the female bodybuilders that you might think of. Until then you; however, you do get a benefit of enjoying a toned and streamline look. And guys, this one is great to fix those chicken legs 🙂 You all know what I am talking about.
- Warmup 5-10 min (bike, speed rope, running, etc. )
- Dynamic Stretching
- Barbell Strength Complex | 4 rounds in a circuit fashion | 12 sets | 1 min rest
- Stiff legged deadlift
- Wide grip bend-over row
- High pull
- Front squat
- Overhead press
- Back squat to calf raise
