With summer here and everyone schedule full or hopefully you at the beach why not enjoy this 15 min circuit.

Workout Breakdown: set up your Gymboss timer for 30 rounds | 20 sec work x 10 sec rest |non-stop circuit

  • Narrow push up
  • Mountain climber | no popping hips – keep it close to the floor and make it tight
  • Bicycle | shoulders of the floor about an inch or more not touching and no cheating – work it from your core
