MTRW: No Power – No Problem Workout

Hi guys,

Will all power outage problem who said you should sacrifice your workout.

Here is a time challenge: 50 of each break it down or do 5 rounds of 10 or 4 rounds of 25 | no breaks in between sets

  • pul-ups
  • push-ups
  • crunches
  • air squat


Have a great July 4th day off. I will also be posting a barbeque fiesta post tomorrow including vegetable grilled kabobs, marinate filet Mignon, healthy burgers, and great barbeque sauce recipe – it’s sweet, it’s tangy, its spicy, it’s hot – it’s finger liking and goes with everything :).  So stay tuned
