MTRW: Earn That Lunch

Hi guys,

Hope you all had a great July 4th day of. I promised to post the barbeque recipe and it is coming tomorrow. Got a bunch of work to do today. But here your workout and make it all count since with all the holiday eating you know you need to step up the game since summer and short shorts are in order.

Workout: 5 rounds of each Superset | 10 reps for weights | increase load by 10% every round, start at 50% of your MAX  | 1 min for HIIT

Superset 1:

  • Barbell squat
  • High knees

Superset 2:

  • Barbell deadlift
  • Jumping lunges

Superset 3:

  • Babell side linge
  • Heavy bag kick

Superset 4:

  • Leg press calf raises
  • Jumping jacks

Superset 5:

  • Bosu crunch
  • Prone leg raises

And do not forget to stretch
