I am less then two months out from the competition. And with all the training that I am taking I noticed that my stamina is slacking behind, partially due to being plain old tired and partially because by focusing on the techniques and learning I have not being keeping up the pace of my workouts. But with my competition being getting close I need to step up. Plus I am going to Vegas for a weekend (a treat from my boyfriend) so I need to make sure that my workouts are solid since I might splurge on a dinner a bit when out – good excuse since there is no kitchen in the hotel room . Usually we make sure we one but in Vegas- please. Anyway here is the workout for today. And the next 3 Mondays.
Workout Breakdown: 4 rounds | 25 reps for each side | minimal rest between rounds
- barbell front lunge
- KB press | 10 kg
- barbell side lunge
- KB clean | 14 kg
- barbell backward lunge
- KB swing | 20 kg
I was beat and sweating like crazy. So sweat test passed 🙂
