Hi guys,
Well I am off to Vegas tonight but my morning meeting was moved so I had a chance to workout with my boyfriend. It was great. This is a whole body workout and a weight training and cardio all in one. What a treat.
Workout Breakdown: 3 rounds of each superset with no breaks unless to transition from one exercise to the next | 3 min rest between supersets
Superset 1
- Kick-up or regular pull-ups | 15
- Box jumps | 90 sec
Superset 2
- Bosu 3 point push up | 15 on each side
- Jumo squats | 90 sec
Superset 3
- Wall walk up | 90 sec
- Snowboarder | 90 sec
Superset 4
- Soft medicine ball plank to knee-to-elbow push up | 90 sec
- Med ball toe taps | 90 sec
