It’s been crazy busy at work with late evening and weekends so I have not had a chance to record my workout and post them.
But here is my workout that I had today.
3 rounds of two non-stop sets of three exercises:
- First round: 25
- First round: 20
- First round: 15
Triple set one:
- Barbell thruster
- Heavy bag kicks | each leg
- Back extensions
Triple set two:
- KB swings | each hand
- Box jumps
- Glut-ham developer ab crunches | I do not have one but use Pilates barrel
