MTRW Of The Day | 2012-08-16

Hi guys,

It’s been crazy busy at work with late evening and weekends so I have not had a chance to record my workout and post them.

But here is my workout that I had today.

3 rounds of two non-stop sets of three exercises:

  • First round: 25
  • First round: 20
  • First round: 15

Triple set one:

  • Barbell thruster
  • Heavy bag kicks | each leg
  • Back extensions

Triple set two:

  • KB swings | each hand
  • Box jumps
  • Glut-ham  developer ab crunches | I do not have one but use Pilates barrel
