Happy Friday. Here is your MTRW timed workout for the day. You can make it your benchmark workout and do it again in two weeks and repeat every too weeks or once a month to see your progress.

Exercise break down: 100 reps each exercise | left right is one count for unilateral exercises| Minimal rest | Gymboss timer

Equipment: 20lb weighted vest, resistance bands, GHD or Pilates barrel, pullup bar

Exercises:

  • Forward lunge | weighed vest
  • Resistance band punches
  • GHD or Pilates barrel back extension
  • Hanging leg raises
  • Side lunge | weighted vest
  • GHD or Pilates barrel situp
