MTRW Of The Day | Upper Body Attack

Hi guys,

Today is upper body work and nothing else. Focus, focus, focus, to get those delt’s, tri’s, chest, bi’s  and back to work, work, work.

So here is today’s workout:

  • Warm up cardio | stretching 10 min
  • Upper body activation | 3 sets x 10 reps | for time

    • Assisted L-shape pull-ups
    • Triangle pushups
    • Dips
    • GHD or Pilates barrel sit ups
  • Strength Work | 4 rounds | 10 reps each
    • 25lb KB shoulder press | each side
    • Wide grip lat pull-down
    • Bench narrow grip press | i used Olympic bar (45lb) plus 2X10 lb plates
    • DB front raise
    • DB lateral raise
    • DB triceps kick-back
    • DB standing biceps curl
  • Post-strength metabolic cardio | 3 songs
    • Speed rope
