MTRW Of The Day | Friday Burn

Hi guys,

Happy Friday. Here is your workout for today:

  • Warm up challenge | AMRAP | 15 MIN

    • CrossFit burpees with lateral lunge | 10 reps
    • 10 squat pulses with squat jump | 10 reps
    • Forward lunge with a twist | 10 reps
    • Side plank with leg front-to-back | 15 each side
  • Olympic bat strength work | 3 rounds x 5 reps x 6 exercises | 60 sec rest between rounds

    • Hang snatch
    • Overhead squat
    • Snatch balance
    • Overhead lunge
    • Squat hang clean
    • Bend over row with back extension
  • Abs | 3 rounds x 20 reps
    • Back extension
    • Hip extension

I finished up with 30 min yoga focusing on backbends and opening the heart.

In my AMRAP challenges I got 4 rounds plus burpees. How about you?
