MTRW Of The Day | Sexy Sweat

Hi guys,

As usual busy busy so here is the workout that I did this Friday simple but it will make you sweat.

Set up your Gymboss timer for 30 double intervals: 10 sec rest x 60 sec work

  • Snowboarder
  • Pushups
  • V-ups

Nonstop 30 min of sweat or if you only have 15 or 20 min just set up the timer for that many rounds.
