Hi guys,

Here another workout to build strength, endurance, and stamina.

Perform 25 reps and 3 rounds try working up to 10 rounds while doing every round at the same speed.

  1. Lunge back with db shoulder press
  2. Straight leg reverse pull-ups
  3. Side squat with db external and internal rotation
  4. Side press up with knee up | opposite leg flexed on the floor | free arm straight up front
