MTRW Of The Day | The Ugi Way

Hi guys,

Here is a workout you can do anywhere you are and gain both strength and endurance with the Ugi ball.

Set up your Gymboss timer for 30 rounds of 10 sec rest and 1 min work | 6 exercises | 5 times around

  1. Ugi burpees
  2. Ugi Crunch | legs in table top |ball on your legs
  3. Ugi biceps curl with side lunge
  4. Ugi around the world | legs in squat position
  5. Ugi triceps dips
  6. Ugi squeeze | ball between legs | inner thigh work
