Here a new workout for today | 3 rounds non-stop

  • Stability ball bridges | 20 reps
  • Ultimate Sandbag lunges back | 20 reps | left + right = 1 rep
  • Knee tuck jumps | 3 reps
  • Ultimate Sandbag lateral lunges | 20 reps | left + right = 1 rep
  • Knee tuck jumps | 3 reps
  • Ultimate Sandbag forward lunges lunges | 20 reps | left + right = 1 rep
  • Knee tuck jumps | 3 reps
  • Ultimate Sandbag pull through | 20 reps | left arm + right arm = 1 rep
  • High knees | 8 rounds 10 sec rest x 20 sec work
