    • Seated DB lateral raise
    • DB W presses
  • Incline unilateral lateral arm raise | 4 rounds x 10 reps
  • Seated bend over lateral raise | 4 rounds x 10 reps
  • Wide grip up-right row | 4 rounds x 10 reps
  • Superset 2 | 4 rounds x 10 reps
    • DB kickbacks
    • Close grip bench press
  • Superset 3 | 4 rounds x 10 reps
    • Spider curls
    • Low-pulley biceps curl
  • Superset 4 | 4 rounds x 10 reps
    • Rope pull-down | heaviest setting
    • Standing lat pull down
  • Abs bonus | 4 rounds
    • Hanging leg raises | max effort
    • Elbow plank with knee to elbow tuck | 10 reps (left+ right = 1 rep)
