MTRW Of The Day | Leg Shaper

Hi guys,

I did not feel like training today but glad I did. I was tired from the Pilates weekend certification training and really dragged myself out of the bed. This was weekend 1 out of 4. So much to do. Well anyway here is your workout.

Workout Breakdown | Perform superset exercises back-to-back with max 45 sec rest in between | work towards 15-25 sec to stimulate lean muscle mass and fat burning | stretch for 45 sec between supersets

Superset 1 | 4 sets x 10 reps

  • Olympic bar squats
  • Bench step ups + step down + lunge back | 2 x 25lb plates

Superset 2 | 4 sets x 10 reps

  • Olympic bar straight leg deadlift
  • Walking lunges with overhead weight

Superset 3 | 4 sets x 10 reps

  • Leg presses
  • Leg press machine calf press

Superset 4 | 4 sets x 15 reps

  • Low pulley leg extension
  • Incline low abs leg lifts

Wrap up with 20 min cardio – I did stair master – make those buns burn 🙂
