POP Nutrition | DIY Cottage Cheese

Hi guys,

I made DIY Cashew milk the other day so today I am making DIY Cottage Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz kefir
  • 64 oz whole organic milk

Cooking Steps:

  1. Warm up the milk in a large pot but don not boil.
  2. The fold in kefir, mix, cover and let it stay for 24 hr until you can see that water separates.
  3. When ready take a strainer bag and pore the milk/kefir mixture into it, let it stain until all water is out.
  4. Enjoy as is or use it in pancakes.
