I made DIY Cashew milk the other day so today I am making DIY Cottage Cheese.
- 16 oz kefir
- 64 oz whole organic milk
- Warm up the milk in a large pot but don not boil.
- The fold in kefir, mix, cover and let it stay for 24 hr until you can see that water separates.
- When ready take a strainer bag and pore the milk/kefir mixture into it, let it stain until all water is out.
- Enjoy as is or use it in pancakes.
