- 16 oz DIY cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup unflavored protein shake
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp natural sweetener r honey
- 1 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup cranberry pineapple chutney
- Mix all ingredients except chutney.
- Heat up a thick skillet and spray with olive oil.
- Place tablespoon full of mixture on the skillet and cook until bubbling, flip.
- Enjoy with cranberry pineapple chutney or berries.
