POP Nutrition | Fluffy Protein Pancakes from DIY Cottage Cheese and Cranberry-Pineapple Chutney

Hi guys,

I made DIY Cashew milk the other day so today it is Pancakes with DIY Cottage Cheese and Cranberry-Pineapple Chutney.

Ingredients:

Cooking Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients except chutney.
  2. Heat up a thick skillet and spray with olive oil.
  3. Place tablespoon full of mixture on the skillet and cook until bubbling, flip.
