4 exercises | 2 rounds for time | optional added difficulty: wear a weighted vest

  • Jump squat with 15 lb sandbell or DB | 15
  • Burpee with side plank | 10
  • Forward lunge with sandbell or DB overhead press to twist | 15 each leg
  • Site ups with RU twist | 15 lb sandbell orDB | 20
