Here is a new workout that I barely made today. I was tired and this one is a killer for the core.

AMRAP | 15 min | 4 exercise

  1. Bench side step downs | 15 each leg
  2. Reverse pull ups | 20
  3. Ugi soft med ball Bulgarian lunges | 15 each leg
  4. 10 mountain climbers + 1 burpee with push up | 10 reps

Want more challenge do the 10 mountain climbers + 1 burpee with push up with Ugi ball and wear weighted vest while at it 🙂
