Hi guys,

Here is a brand new workout that I barely made today. I was tired and this one is a killer for the core.

AMRAP  | 10 exercise | 2 min each exercise | 15 sec rest in between

  1. KB swing
  2. UGI soft med ball 1 leg push-up + burpee
  3. UGI soft med ball prisoners gets ups + UGI press
  4. UGI soft med ball dip + 1 leg bridge
  5. Sandbag 1 leg squats | leg on UGI | Left leg
  6. Sandbag 1 leg squats | leg on UGI | Right leg
  7. Overhead UGI Hold jumping lunge + leg raise with twist
  8. UGI mountain climber
  9. Zercher hold sandbag alternating lunge back
  10. UGI squat + UGI knee tap
