AMRAP  | 3 supersets | Set your Gymboss timer for  10 double rounds  | 10 sec rest x 20 sec work

Superset 1:

  • High knees
  • Sandbag squat jump + 10 pulses

Superset 2:

  • Superstar
  • Push up to side plank with toe touch

Superset 3:

  • Jump lunges
  • Pike push ups
