AMRAP  | 5 supersets | Set your Gymboss timer for  10 double rounds  | 10 sec rest x 20 sec work

  • Perfect push-ups
  • Jump squats with DB

Superset 2:

  • Handstand holds
  • High knees

Superset 3:

  • TRX rows
  • Jumping lunges

Superset 4:

  • Dips
  • Skaters

Superset 5:

  • Ab roll out
  • Bridge kick ups
