Happy New Year!
I would say this one was a hard year and even though New Year Means time gone I would lie if I say I am not glad it is coming to end so I get new opportunities and leave all worry and hardship behind.
I am looking forward toward the 2013. I am putting my foot down and will finally get the MTRW workout and POP Nutrition Planner done. It will be a 3 month Free2BFit body transformation challenge with all the workouts broken down and meals outlined. So no guess work and there is a new workout for every day. So no boring repeats and the good thing by the time you are through with 3 months you can start all over and will not get bored since that first workout was 3 months ago. It will have food and workout log with all the exercises pre-populated and the breakdown with sets and reps so you do not have to flip through the book to remember what it said about reps all the way in the beginning.
