I have great news, Free2BFit is partnering with the Polander Academy of Martial Arts to bring you group exercises that you cannot get anywhere else, a unique approach and fusion of different disciplines gives the program a flair like non other. That will be our second location and right here in downtown Bethesda: 5017 Wilson Ln, Bethesda, MD. We are offering (schedule time and classes offerings will transform to fit clients needs but we do have a great variety for starters):

We are offering FREE 9:00 and 10:00 classes on Saturday through the Month of January.

On a different note, I hope you had a great holiday and are ready to settle back into the routine. I personally like routine it provides stability and comfort of knowing whats next to come. Especially knowing that you are able to workout consistently and that is the key to success. But, there is always a but :), you do want a bit of variety in your training, that will keep your body guessing. So here is your MTRW Of The Day: Max effort for time and no longer then 30 sec rest between exercises, and 1 min rest between supersets.

Superset 1: 4 rounds  x  25 reps each exercise | For Time

  • Dynamic parallet push ups
  • Backward lunge | 2 x 15 lb DB | left-right is 1 rep

Superset 2: 4 rounds  x  25 reps each exercise | For Time exercises

  • Lateral Lunge | 2 x 15 lb DB | left-right is 1 rep
  • Reverse pull ups

Superset 3: 4 rounds  x  25 reps each exercise | For Time exercises

  • Decline leg raise
  • Sit ups
