5 Supersets | set up your Gymboss time for 8 rounds | 10 sec rest x 20 sec work | max effort | 1 min break between supersets

Superset 1:

  • Donkey kicks
  • Squat + resistance band press

Superset 2:

  • Jump lunges
  • Plank + side plank + leg adduction

Superset 3:

  • Plank jacks
  • side lunge + resistance band punch

Superset 4:

  • Plyo jacks
  • Plank head taps

Superset 5:

  • Snowboarder
  • V-situps
