It has been busy to say the least. So here is your workout that my class “Lean Mass Assault” did this Saturday | 4 parts | 2 supersets | Set your Gymboss timer to 8 intervals of 10 sec X 1 min.

Superset 1:

  • KB overhead squat
  • Burpees

Superset 2:

  • KB clean + lunge back
  • Dynamic push ups

Superset 3:

  • KB lateral lunge
  • reverse plank hold

Superset 4:

  • KB around the world
  • Jump tucks
