MTRW Breakdown:

21 reps | pyramid weight | 4 sets | skip rope jumps 2 min between each superset

Warmup: 5 min speed rope

Superset 1:

  • Olympic Bar walking lunges
  • Jump rope

Superset 2:

  • Cable leg abduction
  • Snowboarder

 Superset 3:

  • Cable leg kicks
  • Jumping lunges

Superset 4:

  • Cable leg adduction
  • Plie jumps
