I find it hard to find a spice blend that I can use on most of my dishes and that is low-sodium (only natural trace no salt added), no sugar, or other fillers. So here is a staple in my kitchen: Free2BFit basic spice blend recipe. Use equal parts or vary ingredients amount to taste: paprika, onion granules, garlic granules, black pepper, mustard seeds, celery seed, lemon peel granules, marjoram, coriander, oregano, basil flakes, cilantro flakes.
